Design Phases
Note: This is our standard process for full-service design projects. For other services, such as consultations or partial design projects, the process may be shorter or adjusted to include only the relevant steps.
1. Discovery call
The journey begins with a discovery call where we get to know each other and discuss your project. This is an opportunity for you to share your vision, goals, and any initial ideas you have in mind. I’ll also provide an overview of my services and answer any questions you may have.

2. Initial meeting
Next, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to delve deeper into the project. During this session, we’ll discuss the finer details, explore your style preferences, and review your space. If necessary, I’ll take basic measurements and photos to ensure I have all the information I need to move forward.

3. Proposal
Following the meeting, I’ll send you a contract outlining the project scope, timeline, payment schedule, and process. Along with the contract, you’ll receive a questionnaire to better understand your preferences, as well as guidance for sharing inspiration like photos or mood boards.

4. Concept Design
Once you’ve signed the contract and paid the deposit, I’ll review your responses and inspiration to start creating the concept design. This includes mood boards, material selections, and basic layout ideas. We’ll have a follow-up meeting to review and refine the concept together.​

5. Detailed Design
Based on your feedback from the concept meeting, I’ll work on the detailed design. This phase includes finalized layouts, specific material selections, and other key design elements. Once complete, I’ll present the detailed design for your review and approval.​

6. Implementation
With the design finalized, the implementation phase begins. Together, we’ll bring your vision to life. Once the transformation is complete, you’ll get to enjoy your beautifully reimagined space!
